About RJ Wellness
Hello there! I am Rebecca Joelle; I am a certified Health Coach. I finished my certification program in June of 2020 through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I have worked as a pharmaceutical representative for 25 years. I am thrilled to now pursue my true passion—Wellness.
I began my Whole Food Plant-Based journey in 2021 on the verge of my 50th birthday. This was in part due to my family history of Cardiovascular disease, as well as a personal choice not to utilize a pharmaceutical approach to “treating” my high cholesterol.
I have never looked back or felt better!
Now I want to teach others to implement changes for their own healing through a plant-based lifestyle. I truly believe food is medicine. I am interested in many areas of holistic health, herbalism, gardening, astrology, yoga—connecting mind, body and spirit in all ways possible.
I am passionate about creating spaces for change. I’d like to eventually open a retreat center. I’d like to teach healthy plant-based cooking classes and facilitate various workshops including, but not limited to—yoga, forest bathing, foraging, meditation, etc.
I offer virtual and in person coaching (see package details below).
I partner with the local healthcare institutions (in which I’ve worked for 25 years), as well as academic institutions, to implement and promote plant-based eating programs to impact disease and promote longevity. I endeavor to see preventative care change the face of obesity, chronic illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes, cancer, digestive illnesses and many other health-related illnesses.

Your mind matters as much as your body. Try mindfulness, journaling, prayer, or deep breathing.

Connection is medicine. Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you.

Quality sleep is non-negotiable. Aim for 7-9 hours each night.
